I was treated with respect from jump. Very professional and their attention to detail was on point. Although their promise was for 1 day turnaround, they finished on the second day and waited until I got off work to get my Mercedes-Benz Gl550 back. Awesome job and looking to continue working with you.

Took my convertible BMW M3 for a top replacement and new custom seat covers to replace the stock leather seat covers. They had my car for roughly 3 months and once i picked the car up started to notice- the top didn't fit, the inside of my car was trashed, two significant dents the size of a fist on the rear driver side rear panels, scratches both sides of the car, rear view mirror attachments broke and many other things not properly done. I called numerous times asking when the vehicle would be completed and also asked if the vehicle was safe from having additional damage due to sitting around the shop. The assistant manager gave me the song and dance and stated the car was covered and it just fine. The work was poorly done and the damage they created will be expensive to repair. on top of that they left me with a battery completed dead. i drove approximately 2 blocks and the car died lucky my wife was with me and found a auto part store to acquire a new battery. So after paying over 3K the car is in worse shape then when i brought it to Coastal Headlines. Worst service I have ever had. I will be seeking answers for the additional repairs caused by this company.

I forgot to post this but the owner did a great job on my 98 Cherokee Headliner . Price was great , work was wonderful

Beware of the Owner! I’m not eloquent with being politically correct. I had the owner do some work for me. Told me it would only take 1 week to do. Dropped off my car April 12, 2021 and was finally ready May 19, 2021. Had my vehicle well over a month. Did the price change? Nope. In our agreement it was to replace the Material with the same color or close enough to it. Was it? Nope. He used some material he had laying around and tried to push it off on me like we discussed it. The color he replaced with had NOTHING to do with the color of the vehicle. I was insulted but he said he would make it right. The kicker for me. My car is an older vehicle and I stressed to him “Please don’t leave my vehicle out in the weather. Had it well over month. Told me he wasn’t leaving it out doors. I happen to be riding down Hwy 21 one night and out of the blue I see my car outside parked in-front of his bay door. I questioned him about leaving my vehicle out and confronted him about him storing 1974-77 Chevy Monte Carlo with a $500 paint job and big stupid wheels. He had the audacity to tell me tht car has $5k dollar rims and tires on it. I said buddy the car itself isn’t worth $5,000. So he handle

If you looking for a headliner replaced this is the place to go. Ask for Richard. He did a VERY nice job at a price that was more than fair. Went the extra mile to make it just right. Gave a VERY tired headliner a brand new look. Most places it seems just out to beat you out of extra money somehow or changing prices midjob........I never felt like that once from the first phone call to the finished product. HIGHLY recommended from my experence.
